Mass Blog

I was at a trade show yesterday, meeting so many new wonderful people and was telling them to check out my blog for more images.  This made me realize that I don't update my blog!  Well I do....sometimes.  Just not as often as I would like.  Then it got me thinking; I wonder if clients think that I didn't like their session and that's why I didn't blog about them?  That is totally not the case! If you haven't seen your images on my blog all that means is I'm out doing photo sessions instead of blogging about it!  Good excuse, right?  I assumed January would be slow...great month to blog all the past year of sessions that I hadn't gotten around to, well January flew by session after session...you'll see those hopefully before next year.  Then February came and I decided to go crazy on my trade show booth...again images will be coming....someday.

So here are a few sessions - including three of my own children (the last 3).  I can't  leave them out when they watch me blog!  And check back soon, I will be working away on catching up!

This beautiful family snuck in a session between a wedding ceremony and reception.  Best idea ever!  You're already dressed up..time to kill before supper.  Why not do what the bride and groom are doing and get in some photos!

Now this little guy is almost one!  Well in a few months!  I can't beleive how time flies, I'm sure his mother can't either.  Cherish your little ones, they don't stay little for long.
The Dad of this family was my highschool intern and then I found out he was in the army with my husband..small world.  It was so nice to reconnect and meet his beautiful wife and adorable children.  These three little ones were absolutely wonderful to work with - can't wait to see you again this year!
Now this little cowboy was getting a photo session for his second birthday.  I know...only two! He looks so grown up!
Now this was another birthday shoot but this little princess was turning 1!  Grandma decided it would be a nice gift to do a photo shoot for her grandaughter's first birthday.  I always let clients know that photography is a personal thing and to make sure the person you are purchasing a gift certificate or session for has checked out the photographers work before you commit.

Now these two wonderful little boys belong to me..or I belong to them...one of the two.  The yellow beetle is a friend's car and the blue beetle just happened to be parked in a driveway of an old brick house (thank you to the person who lives across the street from my bank in downtown Regina!)
And the old truck is in Medicine Hat under the Allowance Avenue Bridge.  My boys love old cars so when we see one we hop out of the van for an impromptu photo session.

This is my youngest.  She doesn't know she's 2 though.  She likes to tell people she is nine.  Just like her older sister.  No sense in arguing with her...so don't try!  She'll argue for hours.
And last but not least my beautiful daughter Zoe.  I love it that she is so beautiful and doesn't even know it. She wears what she wants and likes being different.  She told me a few months ago that she was the weirdest kid in her class at the Y.  When I asker her why she said, "It's not a bad thing mom, I just mean I'm different and I like that!"  I love them all so much.  Happy Valentines to you and your family, and thanks for reading!
